★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently participated in a Lucky Draw contest held by this company. My lucky draw number was called. However, they said due to their technical system error, one lucky draw number has more than one customer. This is the first time ive heard that one number can belong to two or more customers. Terms and conditions did not state that lucky draw number and name/ic must be same before you can claim the prize. So ONE number can belong to two or more customers! Ridiculous! Complained to their owner, owner scolded customer in a rude and disrespectful manner explaining their management's practices. Chased customers away immediately saying customers are wrong. This is how they treat customers who just wanted an explanation for ONE number belonging to TWO or MORE customers. A very unprofessional company with rude and disrespectful owners. Please DO NOT purchase from them.
