β β β β β I mean its OKAY. But maybe its time for them to discuss what people want first and not asking that question IN THE MIDDLE of the treatment. So i went there to bleach my hair and thought everything would be normal. Like i liked the place but one thing is that i don't if it was the bleach but i don't think it was strong. My hair turned lets say Golden or orange- Kinda dissapointed. Like i had really dark hair but i had a LOT of friends with dark hair had it BLOND or Yellow which is what bleach does right? I mean i guess its a little bit my fault for not asking. 2nd maybe try to be less agrresive with the hair drying like its so rough- Also even though i can't speak malay well does not mean i can't understand it. 2 of the hair dressers called me WEIRD for wanting my hair blue. Like it may sound dramatic and not big of a deal but they were kinda rude. But i really hope they discuss with people what they want instead of asking it in the middle of the treatment. Other than that i guess my hair is okay. But do have a stronger bleach.

β β β β β The charges are overpriced (probably due to Covid-19) but seems ridiculous for an inch fringe trimming of 4 year old kid. The new hairstylist isn't creative and brave to cater customer needs - which is quite frustrating. Its time to go to other places.

β β β β β First time went here for our haircut with my 2daughter. I wanted to give a try because it's near to my house. So, I let my 1st kid 7y old do first but the stylist overconfident she started without hear properly & pay attention to what I want. Please listen to customer first whether they want you stylist them or they got their style. I just let she finish my daughter, while me put my tudung back & will go to my usual saloon later. Oh last but not least, they even do misleading ads on social media, the say 'cut RM25' , but actually need to add RM5 for service (didn't even mention on ads), but on the day I walked in they charge me for RM35 they say because marketing team do the ads?! I am speechless, you didn't know what you put on ads? why it have such different & what kind of excuse is that? Lastly, with the price they charge, I can go better saloon. If you really love your hair please don't come here.

β β β β β Please have good stylists to style customers' hair. Currently there's only 1 person who can cut, style & blow hair properly apart from the owner. There rest are useless & they will try to push you to sign up for various packages!

β β β β β Terrible experience here. Went for manicure but turns out they only do buffing. Buffing you can do yourself at home! The beautician filed down my nails short even after I told her I DON"T want to cut my nails short. No nail polish coloring, they don't even have nail polish remover! Beautician buffed my nails aggressively til it hurts! What a terrible service. RM55 just for buffing - daylight robbery. Will never come here again. There are many professional nail salons in KL - don't come here for your nails.
