★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service expectation from Bad to worst. Thought this Kia authorised service centre will improve. Initial visit in 2017 for 1st service. Fast forward to Feb 2018. Major disappointment. Information from front desk is lacking. No indication when service completion timeframe. Today's service is for 30k. Minor service but it is now more than 11/2 hours. Possible reason to survive the centre is taking other car brands to compliment their income! Kia Malaysia / Naza please take note! Is this the standard or exception???
