★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my internship, (not sure about how things are after i left, but here's my experience that i would like to share with interns out there.)
1. No training provided.
2. Meaningless and repetitive job task.
3. No Human resource staff/manager in the office.
4. Need to wait at least 5 weeks to get salary.
5. This firm has only 3 permanent staff, where all 3 of them have no formal education in business studies.
6. As a market research intern, you are expected to collect at least 250 emails a day, and number increases every two weeks.
7. This firm's workforce is only consisting of interns.
8. In my opinion, this whole firm is more like a marketing department rather than a company.
9. Stressful working environment.
10. Workplace is not located at KLCC, they mislead interns about the location of workplace. The office is at Jln Binjai, Wilayah Persekutuan.
Update : Pls click on my profile (try clicking twice) and go to photos section to see how the supervisor once stress the hell outta my soul to reach such absurd target, and to prove the point how they're trying to cover things up by stating they only set the KPI 200 a day.
