★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My analysis on the positive review:experience is what you will really get when working with the company. You will develope skills and work ethics which is very essential for your career you are pursuing.And it is very recommended for a person pursuing a field work career.
My analysis on the negetive review: i have come to the conclusion that it comes from how people interprete instructions given to them which personality play a role on how you interprete instruction or task given to them. But nobody denied that he learned one way or another while working in envitech engineering.
Envitech engineering treats their interns as full time engineers which means you will have the full experience as a professional engineer and safety of employees and interns in the company is taking very seriously. You will be provided protective gears before working on the site.
So if you are an inspiring engineer and looking for internship, then i 100% recommend envitech engineering for you because you will get the full experience and acquired skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm undergoing my internship for 6 months here, and let me tell you that it turned out better than I expected.
Throughout the internship, I have improved a lot in my soft skills, especially my communication on how to start a conversation with a stranger to introduce the company's products and services. I have also been allowed to handle a project from start until it finishes.
To be honest, my AutoCad skills are bad, but I have a chance to improve them during the internship and show it to the client as they should be as the industry required. Plus, I have learned that the industry will do not care about your CGPA but what they care about is whether you can complete the task given to you without any excuses. Easy to say that they only want to see results from you because that is the reason they hired you.
I wanted to thank Mr. Aaron for always keep pushing me over the limits to reveal my true potential, he even taught me many things that are not in my syllabus during my studies. He never cares about your race, religion, or anything because what he wants is to prepare future generations for a brighter career in the industry. That is what he wants nothing else.
I will always remember his quotes " Kita hanya cari makan bukan cari pasal", well said sifu! Thank you for your advice and guidance throughout the internship. Take care of yourself and your family sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly can see all the intern been forced to write good revivew about the company. I'm preety sure it's one of their requirements to get their internship report been signed.
Been in this company before. None of the permenant staff stay more than 1 year in this company. From here you can judge how good is this company.
Mr.aaron fully focus on intern because "cheap labour". Yes you will expose to so call "real engineering" but be prepared to spend your father money as well because the internship elauns is not sufficient.
By looking into Google and jobstreet review clearly can be seen how the intern been forced to write good review about this company. All the reviews are the same pattern of dialogue whenever you attend interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most dodgy and sketchy interviews I have ever been too, this Aaron ong has no ethics and no decency. He argues not paying interns allowance and instead you would have to pay him instead for damages you might cause during your internship. He targets the gullible and desperate interns. He spent 2 hours talking about himself and how great he is during my interview. ALL INTERNS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SKETCHY COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envitech Engineering is a company which provides good platform to the young generation to upskill their capabilities of being a real engineer. The transition of being paper engineer to a real engineer has brought me so much of engineering skills and the good experiences that Mr. Aaron has gifted to me. Money matters, but experience matters more because it's what we can use our experiences to make money. If you have experience, you will no longer worry about money. Mr. Aaron is a very good mentor to provide you with sufficient knowledge and guidance. He have been really such a good mentor to me and guided me on the right path. He is not only a fantastic mentor but he has taught me how to mentor people as well. I will forever grateful for his assistance and kindness and I hope I can return the favor sometime in the future.

Students can also visit their factories to see and learn about the industry's real world. Don't be worried, the work schedule here is highly flexible, and you can manage your own time. Students are never abused to fulfil personal needs or to force them to start leaving their field. Furthermore, the knowledge shared is of superior value and beneficial in terms of training students to become capable of meeting the criteria demanded by the industry sector. As well as, for Muslim students, don't ever be worried because they are very respectful of prayer times and never, ever disrespect different races. For the claims also did pay back on time without any problems and interrupted. Difficulties emerge when we are poorly prepared for them. Since we work with customers all hours of the day and night, complex tasks will its first. Working in a high-stress environment is very common when you're here. Every project leader will bear the compensation, which we already know has a high price, but on the positive side, it does a lot to structure us into reliable people in addition to acquiring good morality values in order to provide better service to the industry in the future.

What I can gain from 6 months of internship training in Envitech Engineering company is my attitude, communication skills, and technical drawing is highly improved since my university life.
Envitech Engineering will give you a full industry life from meeting client, handling the project, find suppliers and contractors and find solution on yourselves to fix the problem.
You will been given a full responsibility when you handle the project but the general manager will give guidance along you do the project.
If you are searching a place for internship that give you a lot of knowledge and test your limits, this will be the right place for you to join because you will not regret it

You will handle your project by yourself from A to Z which is from starting project until the project finish. You will be dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers and so on. But don't worry, you will be guide first by Mr Aaron before you do the project. You will get many experiences during the internship especially communication skill and technical skill. You will learn so many things from Mr Aaron because he has 26 years experiences in this industry. So, if you want to be exposed to real industry, I will recommend this company to do internship.
