★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a car with them, my booking was only one day in advance, the people are quite nice and the process was very smooth. I didn't give 5 star because the car was quite old with 130k km mileage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a car in December 2017 with Envomarine for our cruise ship call to Langkawi. We arranged for and paid for the car well in advance of our date. We were told to look for a sign with our name at the gate near the port. There was no sign, and no car, as the company had apparently forgotten about our reservation. Fortunately, we had a working call phone and could call the company. Once they realized what had happened, they sent someone to pick us up and arranged to have a car delivered to us. We lost some time, but this company made it right and handled it well. I would probably rent from them again, but would call to reconfirm before my cruise, and make sure I had a working cell phone in the country where I was to pick up the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we would not recommend anyone uses Envomarine. Their representative was late upon our arrival, and the first car we were given was simply just not safe to drive. The second gear didn't work, the clutch was faulty, and there were far too many cosmetic issues within the car to make any ride enjoyable.
Admittedly we were given a different car after we attempted to drive the first and realised it was a death trap, however the second car was also far too old and unreliable to be seen as a suitable replacement for the amount of money we had paid.
I have tried to resolve this with the company over email however they have gone quiet on me, so I just want to make sure other people don't make the mistake we made!
