★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in around 9am on Monday morning to get PIN for I-Akaun. There was no queue and staff was very helpful at the kiosk. My business settled within 10 minutes. Amazing! Good job to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issue at all, visited Sept 2021 for withdrawal of funds. Only slight queue even when you have appointments but waiting time is still reasonably short. The staff will come out to organise you into your lines and when it's your turn to go in, it's very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time we’re more than 30 mins, queue outside the building under the hot sun, very rude officer came out and ask you queue properly.
Officer we’re not helpful and friendly to inquiries.
Service speed were very slow compare to PJX branch.
Highly recommend to improve their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to open employer account for the first time. I was lucky to get a car park in front of the office. There was no queue when I went there. The entire procedure was done in less than 10 minutes including the waiting. The front counter was friendly and helpful. He suggested me to go to 2nd floor for activation of account since I'm a newly employer. The staffs on the second floor was very helpful and patiently teach me. Lastly, I attended their taklimat about their system pay roll. I never expect all the staffs I met in KWSP Sri Petaling were so friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it. ?? Hope other agencies can learn from them too.
