★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. DO NOT BOOK THEM. Call, no answer. Installation promised to be in the afternoon, came at 10pm. Spare parts spoiled and finished at 1+am!!! Never mind, dismantling supposed to be next day. Didn’t appear, when we called say will dismantle next day. Next day, NO ONE PICK UP CALLS AND NO ONE CAME! Truly horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendously bad service. Do not use this canopy company unless you want to give yourself a headache.
Worst time management and delivery arrangement company I have ever deal with.
1) They will not commit to the delivery time both parties agreed. They can tell you no problem to deliver at 12pm but reach at 7pm.
2) In between the time from 12pm to 7pm, they will not update you, they switched off their phone, driver will tell you they're on the way since 11am.
3) No matter how frequent you try to get update from them, they will not bother about you. Their staff will get mad at you too if you get mad.
Imagine what would happened to your event when you have so many things to arrange and yet you have to deal with this kind of irresponsible service provider.
