★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely place to be at, locker to be rent available, clean shower place, kind staff. Fast food at the food court(A&W). Just that there's no vegetarian option inside, overall is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When on Friday and Saturday. First of all, their service is very nice. Staff are very energetic, hope all the government offices can also be like this. Thanks to Ali, Sumon and the staff at base camp.
Overall it’s fun, but queue is very long, need to control the amount of tickets. Base camp not bad but need to update info online cuz the details on website is not complete.it’s a shame we cannot complete the challenge for team building because there are so many people and we cannot bring the card in to water park.

Easy entry with face recognition system. Overall, great place to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our tickets on 2020 and suddenly pkp, glad that they still accept us for walk in by using our old tickets but you need to email / pm at their fb first regarding this matter. The park was huge and and we enjoy every activities here. Came on weekday and mostly no queue. One day just not enough. Hope can come here again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase your ticket via their website, discount up to 30% the earlier, higher discount. Once you purchase the ticket you need to upload your facial pic for entrance. They are very strict on the type of swimsuit or attire when you go to waterpark, swim suit with reasonable price are available there.
Wear comfy sport shoes when you go to their adventure park. Overall very happy with the experience there, definitely one of the must go team park when you penang. Staffs were very helpful and provide clear instructions.

The place itself are amazing and the staffs are all friendly! Although the price is quite pricy, still, it still worth every penny. Highly recommended as you will never regret spending your time and money over there. Also to mention, if you take base camp package (2 days 1 night), it is much more worth it compared to normal 1 day. You get the unlimited access to the escape place (during the staying) and the camp are already set up for you. You will get a bit special treatment as well compared to guest that take normal 1 night package. Also, this place is family friendly too as you can bring along your toddlers to play as the place also designated for kids as well.
