★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出租工作室，价格见仁见智不评论。办公室在二楼，然而楼下是茶餐厅，隔壁是Disco和酒吧，如果你的工作需要工作到夜晚还是别租这里了，震耳欲聋的Disco音乐直震到午夜4点。下午偶尔会听到楼下印度人的音乐或餐厅的音乐，隔音很差。
Rental studios, prices are different from each other. The office is on the second floor, but the downstairs is the tea restaurant, and the next door is the disco and bar. If you need to work until night, do n’t rent it here. The deaf music of the disco is shocked until 4 midnight. Occasionally I hear Indian music or restaurant music downstairs in the afternoon and the sound insulation is poor.
