I thought it’s normal to have pain at my age but it’s getting worst these few months, even my daily activity such as doing house-chore and exercise has been affected. After having a few sessions here, I can feel 60%-70% improvement and I can continue my exercise without feeling low back pain. I’m still having treatment here and I look forward to every treatment session. I also love their far infrared sauna. It’s not like the normal steam room where I couldn’t even breathe inside. It helps me relax and reduce my muscle tightness. Overall, I would recommend Essential to anyone who’s having similar condition like mine!

After a couple of visits (and more injuries from sports) with Dr. Beatrice, I managed to recover my shoulder and other sports injuries and felt great after the treatment. Also received multiple advice on how to maintain good posture, warm-ups and stretches. 10/10 would come here again.

Then i go to see Dr Beatrice at Essential.After a few treament here, i feel much better and less back pain problems. Dr Beatrice is so caring and passionate, and she will checked every few day after treament to see my condition improved or not.I highly recommended this place and ambience of these place is so nice and comfortable.Good job Dr Beatrice??

A professional doctor who knows her job the best. She made me feel really comfortable throughout all the sessions and she personally follow up after each session. Highly recommended ???
