โ โ โ โ โ 11/4/2022 aku pergi dengan member aku. Servis teruk gile nk mampus. Part aku, first dtg muka staff semua monyok masa tu xde cust pun pastu chat2 desak suruh dtg cpt n tanya aku kat mana. Then bile da smpai da masuk spa, bilik pun blm pSang lampu suruh aku masuk. Nk ikutkan da buat persiapan sblm cust masuk. Pastu staff scAn muke n suruh amik pakej mahal sikit. Bila refuse cara baik, muka staff mcm berubah. Then masa tgh urut bahagian muka , rasa mcm kene sepak2 sakit gile sampai skrg aku teringat. Buat keje rushing mcm nk kejar masa. Padahal cust lain xde pon. Then bila da siap facial, aku tgk kat cermin, muka aku teruk gile.. dgn mascara hitam bawah mata..sbb aku pakai mascara, then dorang cleanser muka pun mcm ala kadar. Pastu part member aku pulak, masa dlm bilik facial, da habis facial tu staff urut tepuk2 bahu pastu blah mcm tu je xde pun ckp dah siap. Perangai teruk nak mampus staff kat taman lagenda. Staff tak friendly, diam aje. Pastu smntara tgh buat LED muka, staff boleh duk baring sblh aku smbil main fon. Dia buat mcm mmbe2 je padahal x kenal ni. At least hormat cust, keluar la dduk kat depan ke.. ni siap baring sblh. Ni first n last aku n member aku dtg. Kalau bintang tu boleh kosong, aku letak kosong bintang . Bad service
11/4/2022 I went with my member. Serious service is crazy and failed. Part of me, first the staff came in front of all the monkeys at that time, the customer had to chat and urged them to come quickly and ask me where I was. Then when I got to the spa, the room didn't even turn on the light and told me to go in. Nk follow and make preparations before cust enter. Pastu scAn staff muke n told amik a little expensive package. When they refuse in a good way, the face of the MCM staff changes. Then at noon I massaged the face, I felt like I was in a state of insane pain until now I remember. Make keje rushing mcm nk chase time. Though other cust xde pounds. Then when I'm ready for the facial, I'm not in the mirror, my face is really crazy .. with black mascara under the eyes .. so I use mascara, then dorang face cleanser is the same as the level. Pastu part member aku pulak, masa dlm bilik facial, da habis facial tu staff urut tepuk2 bahu pastu blah mcm tu je xde pun ckp dah siap. Bad temper to kill the staff at the legendary park. The staff is not friendly, just shut up. Then in the middle of the day for the LED face, the staff can lie down before I play the phone. He made mcm mmbe2 je even though x knew this. At least respectfully cust, come out and sit in front of ... he's ready to lie down. Ni first n last I n member I dtg. If the star can be empty, I leave the star empty. Bad service
