β β β β β Trusted workshop with vast experience especially on Toyota cars. Sent a car there and the technician could pinpoint the issue straightaway. At the end, they would recommend which parts suggested to change due to normal wear and tear. An additional free inspection which I think its a value to car owners.

β β β β β They are experienced workshop which able to enhance your car with abit more than standard service center can offer. Although they are expert in Estima, Alphard and Vellfire, but they are able to provide professional advice for other car as well. For normal service, the service guy will check thoroughly and tighten up every loose nuts that they can find. If you want to go with some extra enhancement with your standard setup, they able to give you advice but not pushy that you must upgrade following their advice. Overall, is happy to have my car service here.

β β β β β Before this everytime my car excelarate it makes humming sound. After checking it was my gearbox wheel bearing. Had to change 4 of them. Now feels great when driving the car also does not make humming sound is gone. Also add in Eva buffer for absorber... Feels good. Next will change engine mounting... Feels a little bit of of vibration... They also recommend some other things but that is for next service.... Explaination by their mechanics is easy to understand... Good job. My only not so good experience is they took a little bit of time to do their work... Other then that it's a 5 rating.

β β β β β 1st timer, so far it's very good ? as what other vellfire / alphard owners claimed...in short, I'm very satisfied. Will see how the nxt visit will be...Will be servicing the aircond, installing ultra racing front & rear anti roll bars and also do brake upgrades...can't wait ??
