β β β β β Bus delay for half an hour, driver smoking in the bus, have seat no. but occupied by other, driver asked to sit at any vacant seat. Bus ticket bought to Butterworth, but the bus went to Penang first and turned back to Butterworth. Horrible experience taking this kind of express bus.

β β β β β The worst trip from tbs to kuantan ever after.. 3 weeks ago also using etika express. Delay more thn an hour. Then today also taking this bus coz i though last time they got some prob so they had to delay it. But i think etika express n delay cnt be separated. N the condition of the bus ?. Very very very not recommended guyss. They shouldn't get even half star.. Serious talk.

β β β β β I want to give 0 star if possible. I took bus from JB to KL at 4:30pm and it was delayed for 2 hours. No explaination and apologies from the bus driver.
The bus condition is really bad like old bus. Please do not go with this company!! Please banned this company!!
My mistake for not checking the review on google. I hope no one will repeat the same mistake I did.

Not moing on time
Bought etika expr ss but the bus we ride is billion dollar express.
Their practise is always stopping in the middle n asked us to change bus in middle of the way.
I always want to avoid billion star express and meridien holiday because of this practise. But now i know etika also under the same company.
Please improve service! It has been years n still the same.

β β β β β Very bad experience with this bus trip...damm late..waiting almost 2hour plus inside the bus.. no apologies from the driver.. during pandemic time also y doing like this..Incharge of Etika express please take note of this and please do something on it. Everybody got their urgent thing to do..that y people taking bus ?.. kindly take note of this...very bad experience in bus journey life...
