โ โ โ โ โ Super slow service they talk more than they work, Very slow old staff, I guess Etiqa need to give opportunity for young employees to work.
We came to get our service and go back not to have life conversation with all the customers and wasting others time
Only 3 customers waiting and we have to wait for more than 1 hour just because they talking too much

โ โ โ โ โ Was here on 4/10 to renew my car insurance, the malay lady officer at the entrance was so arrogant even we talk softly and nicely. I think the guard there is more polite. I waited for my turn to ask few questions then a chinese lady officer came out and attend to me with soft spoken n nicely, thanks to her......for the malay lady staff We are here as your loyal customer, pls dont treat us badly....saya malay tapi saya x suka melayu yg kurang bersopan....
