★ ★ ★ ★ ★ should atleast update your business hour / working hour info..stated here 9am - 5pm..arrived at 3pm but operating hour only until 2pm. i came all the way from bidor for nothing, only to be informed by security guard that business hour only until 2pm.call also nobody answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came all the way and they told me I have to book an appointment. They have no customers and it was empty inside and they could have just let me in but now I have to come again tomorrow because I didn't book an appointment. Honestly if they have alot of customers then I understand, but there is literally 3 officers inside just sitting there doing nothing and 2 customers outside cannot even go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service !!!!!!!!came all by from batu gajah to renew insurance to get my roadtax,suddenly need booking which take another 1 week booking slot available?You think police or jpj care about this?Their office not even had customer..none at all,and their worker playing handphone and doing nothing.What kind of business ethics like this?Etiqa takaful should ashamed and closed their business.I will terminate my insurance this day.Your company can go to hell
