Never answer call (04-5394800), have been call 3 - 5 time don't have any respond.
I'm walk in 3pm, but say for now just 1 computer on, already don't accept walk in for customer service , only appointment service.
(last few day I'm just walk in and Check for my car insurance detail, but never tell me need to make appointment).
How come can service appointment customer,but can't accept non appointment customer.?
