★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company been a tenant here since 2014 and it's a good place to be. It's out of the hustle and bustle of KLCC though it's nearby. It used to have a good food court with affordable food, but since MCO, most of the food operators are gone. There's myNews.com outlet which is rather pricey but has good choice of snacks. The building management are a friendly bunch of people and always provide support when in need.
The location is good as there's plenty of interconnection to nearby buildings and KL City Walk which houses array of food operators (which is also affected by the MCO but there are quite a few good selection there).
It's a place with affordable office rental right at the heart of the city.
