- certain items not always available, depending on stock
- staff are helpful
- fresh herbs and chinese herbal items are clean, fresh, well packed
- package sold for special occasions eg full moon, post delivery
- parking is not a problem on normal days
- accepts e wallets, credit cards, cash
- purchase certain limit to be eligible becoming member and enjoy special vouchers on birthday, extra discount during members sale
