Bought a machine from them and it broke down two days later. Bad customer service and after sales service from their sales man Steve. Very rude, arrogant and unhelpful!!! Before delivery they demanded full payment and now we wanted a refund and return the equipment as the motor already broken down after only two days light usage supposed to be a heavy duty machine and he refused to refund before collection. Do not buy from them especially from Steve as you will regret his rude and arrogant after sales service and not to mention the bad equipment. Never again with this company!!!
