★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. Car wasn't available at the time I booked it, and I had to wait 1hr 20m. Similar experience for the other customers trying to pick up cars. When they told me there was a delay, the staff suggested I go and have breakfast (at 10am) and come back later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vehicle picked up on 19 Feb. Called 1 hour before pickup (useful as their parking is small and they have to bring in cars from outside). Car ok. Staff very nice.

While it is a good thing in Germany or Europe, do not choose it in KL!
Had a car there in August 2019, ordered in Germany with full insurance. Crashed the left front tire and had to pay it, because I didn't go to the police, although I phoned Europcar and they told me it is not necessary to do so.
Direct in front of the office, my lended car was hit in the back by an Uber driver. No help by phone.
Cars were not clean inside and in a not so good condition.
