Honest! Friendly! Transparent! Good Price!
These are the key things I encountered when I visit!
During first meet of the staff, they are seen as a very friendly person who treat you more like a friend then a customer. For any problem of the car, they actually show what and where is the problem and if they have a sample of the problem or a part, they will take a effort and time to explain in detail to make you understand.
They also have options of prices to suit your budget and they dont push you or force you for anything. Even mention to take my time and come back when ready. This is really good especially for budgeting.
The place have basic seating but I can see myself and other customer tend to drop the car and just walk around the area for food and come back when ready.
I dont think I have met a garage that is very honest, transparent, and friendly before. This is probably the best one I have been to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only shop I found who repairs mechatronic units instead of replacing them. I have worked on Audi/VW cars in the past when I was working at my grandfather's workshop so I know mechatronics unit can be repaired (depending on the issue), not just replaced. Many other repair shops replace it because its far more profitable / they're just lazy but not Eurotechnic. I personally send my cars to one workshop and maintain a long-term relationship with them, not just go to a workshop that offers cheap stuff. So far, my experience has been very good.
The owner / boss took his time to explain what will he be doing. To any other person who's not proficient in car related matters, this would be useless but I'm a mechanic myself so I really appreciated this. I like it when mechanics explain to me what they'll be doing even though I already know what will be done. Also, I'm not an expert who knows everything so it's nice to know tips from other mechanics who's far more experienced in their work.
The workers are also very friendly and the shop environment is good. 10/10 rating can be given to this shop. I will definitely return to this shop in the future for other repairs and maintenance.
