★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience. The doctor is very nice and understanding and the staffs are very helpful. Overall very ok but theres only 1 thing im quiet uncomfortable with which is taking history of illness upon registration. History taking should be confidential between a doctor and a patient. The staff ask me details of my illness like bau, warna, etc when theres patients sitting at the sofa next to the counter, a guy even. Maybe after this if a patient said she's seeking a doctor because of sakit perempuan maybe dont ask too many details ya, walaupun if theres nobody else around.
