★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent our faulty HDD to an IT shop and data recovery centre in Sabah and KL. Unfortunately, the data could not be recovered. Eventually we found EHDR which has facility and HQ in Singapore. They provided the service in a professional manner and managed to recover the data from the faulty HDD. If you can afford it, EHDR is highly recommended.

I had a 10 year old HDD that needed data extraction and they helped me step-by-step until everything was retrieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad that i found EHDR & met Mr. Harvind ? He gave a very profesional service and clearly explained the process from A-Z. For me, EHDR give cheapest recovery service in town i may say. Other pc shop would charge me almost 2k. Pheww!
Mine:
• 1TB with almost 700GB++ data external hardisk
• Finding after recovery : got firmware or hardware issue
• Almost 2 years cant be open ("parameter is incorrect")
• Cost me around RM800++
Took a week for them to finished their work, transferred to new HD and pass back to me. I suggest u to provide them together with new hardisk so they can transfer the recovered data. ?? Reccomended. Great job EHDR Team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe the reviews. These guys (especially Mr Harvind and the recovery team) are great. EHDR able to recover most of the data of my external hard drive after a much nerve wrecking month. It was immensely relief to me that my important files were recovered. Aside from their affordable prices and discounts, the company guarantees no extra charges for processing and diagnosis fees so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs. Additionally, they won’t charge you for anything if they deem your device to be unrepairable so that’s also a plus (but u must pay for assessment fee which is only RM10 - mine was 1TB external HDD). Thanks a bunch Mr Harvind for your patience, stupendous customer service and updates throughout the process. U have been really friendly, responsive, professional n etc. Truly had great experience. Thanks again for those important and useful tips. Such a kind soul u are. ? I would rate ur service as 10 ? instead of 5. Take it. ?
