β β β β β Hosting is okay, but the technical support is not 24/7 and unprofessional. For example, the support ticket can be opened instantly by the operator. But the backend support is not really taking any immediate action even though it was an urgent priority job. Only 1 support is assigned to your ticket, and once heβs go offline. U canβt really do anything and wait for the next 12 hours until he back. Even after escalate, the other team do not take action into following up the case. So damm terrible and so called professional 24/7 ?

β β β β β They have the WORST support team, WORST customer service team, WORST efficiency, and ABOVE ALL.. WORST working ethics ever! Their response time and content makes it feel like 1 person is serving ALL departments and catering to a thousand issues a minute. WORST OF ALL, nothing has been done. ULTIMATELY, they only informed that domain transfer approval can only be completed in 7 processing days when Registrar Unlock is done and WHOis has been disabled 2 days ago. All those who are looking for domain hosting, I advise you to stay away from Exabytes to save yourself from SUPPORT, TECHNICAL and CUSTOMER SERVICES nightmare. Because all they do is transfer you through every department and DO NOTHING! ??????
