★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with the service. All I want is to point my domain back to the correct hosting platform, but they can't do that. I keep asking them for a solution, but they keep pointing me to their 'support team' who tells me that they have already solved the issue, but they did Not solve anything! My website is still not up, and it's still pointed to the Wrong hosting platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, the hosting is ok. It just the support is so damm slow, weak and confusing. Priority of urgent meant nothing to the team. Escalation of the incident went into vein. Others hosting support are more responsive and cheaper. Such a disappointment after years of no improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is the 4th day from the day (16th July 3:43am) of upgrade to Pro Plan with speedkit as suggested by Exabyte team, to enhance the performance of my website loading speed to --> 0.5 seconds website loading speed from 2.8 seconds.
However, my website loading speed is now 28 SECONDS AFTER THE UPGRADE. EVEN SLOWER THAN BEFORE!
Upon asking, they are still giving excuses it is due to image size until this morning, images were the same before & after the upgrade to Pro plan with speedkit.
Furthermore, they did not enable the speedkit and do the necessary configuration after the upgrade. Until me, as customer asked. What kind of support service is this? Need your customer to ask you have you finish your job?
- Very very slow support
- Reply to your issue in days without solution.
- Unable to deliver what was promised after paying extra.
- Not recommended to host your website with them based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Migrated our existing servers to Exabytes Enterprise and the process was smooth. Communications are fast and the support team is very responsive to our enquiries. Ultimately, costs are also affordable for the services subscribed and provided. Best in Malaysia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the WORST support team, WORST customer service team, WORST efficiency, and ABOVE ALL.. WORST working ethics ever! Their response time and content makes it feel like 1 person is serving ALL departments and catering to a thousand issues a minute. WORST OF ALL, nothing has been done. ULTIMATELY, they only informed that domain transfer approval can only be completed in 7 processing days when Registrar Unlock is done and WHOis has been disabled 2 days ago. All those who are looking for domain hosting, I advise you to stay away from Exabytes to save yourself from SUPPORT, TECHNICAL and CUSTOMER SERVICES nightmare. Because all they do is transfer you through every department and DO NOTHING! ??????
