★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery to East Malaysia is terrible, also, I really don understand what for they arrange personal consultant for you if they only send u the promotion stuff, custom order cannot, this cannot that cannot, ask thing no feedback, everything go online order, then your consultant is for WHAT???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad business ethics. Very unprofessional. Customer service speaks bad English and has a poor command of Bahasa Malaysia too. Seems like they are only good in speaking Mandarin and Hokkien. Not even Cantonese. They have a very low level of understanding of customers' problems too even though the problems have been explained umpteenth times. Perhaps due to their very very limited understanding of other languages, other than Mandarin and Hokkien.
It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. They seem to have a different mentality from ordinary folks like us who are used to doing business with reasonable vendors who works on common sense.
They set very loose quality guideline so that whenever there is a misprint, they will always show you their printing guidelines and say that the problem or defect is within the tolerance levels set in their guidelines.
Their customer service team comprise mostly under educated people with very very limited marketing and customer service experience whose job is to mainly receive a customer's feedback and then search their extensive database of all those loose guidelines, and then find one that would counter the feedback you brought up. And then, they will say, sorry, this is within their company's tolerance levels, even though the defect is unacceptable in general sense.
They are not cheap too, but they position themselves as being cheap. If you search around, you will find cheaper suppliers around.
If they are not really that bad, do you think so many people will spend time to write such reviews about them? Time is precious. If they are not really this bad, we wont want to spend our precious time to write a lengthy review about them so that other people or potential customers can be warned or alerted beforehand. Think twice or even 3, 4, 5 times before you even commit to do business with them.
Of course, you can try. And things may turn out ok. But once you encounter any sort of issue (as it is common in the printing industry), you will see what I mean when I say that Excard is only interested in making the sale and collecting money before the job is done, so that they have have the last call, whether or not to refund your money or reprint for you.
Their customer service even say, if you do not like it, you can have the choice of considering other printing companies. So, if they already say that, then that's what we're going to do. Bring our businesses elsewhere.
Excard, you're only as good as your current team or customers. Once your customers discover your bad busines ethics and start to leave one by one, you will know how unacceptable your business practice is.
And of course, you wont get my business again anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor internal process and very poor customer service. Submit my very simple logo and company name to print (pdf converted from ai file). RM20 ringgit job also ask me to revised and submit 3 more files... Money already paid. Regret... call the number given by designer but number picked up by customer service and refuse to direct me to the designer anyway... No way for customer to talk and feedback. Would never recommend their service to any serious company.
8 Feb note: We don't mind to review our artwork at reasonable level. However, it is definitely not up to create 3 ai files for submission again, merely for a company logo and company name printing. And whole thing already in ai file and submit to you during order. you just need to adjust the size a bit to suit to the printing size. You position your company so high, instead of adjust a lit the size, you want customer to submit another 3 design files for a RM20 logo printing? Your working style is worst than government!
I never has this type of problem with other printing company before. Yet your quality of printing (last order) was not better than others. And, while we want to talk nicely to your staff to just adjust the size, why the customer service refused to connect me to? You company make it very difficult for customer to feedback and communicate.
I hope the refund process would be smooth and no harassment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We normally do not write reviews but for Excard, we are willing to spend time to write a review to warn people who are thinking of doing business with this company.
Just by us doing so, spending our precious time writing this review when we normally do not review any companies at all, whether good or bad, is already good enough to show that this Excard is really that bad.
Excard is really a very, very unprofessional company that does not honour its words. They may be good at delivering on time so far, but the quality of their printing is NEVER good.
Their finishing too is also very unlike the finishing from conventional printers that we have used before. Somehow, their gloss does not have that nice, gloss feel, while their matte does not meet up to expectation and it turns yellow very quickly especially if laminated on white based paper. When we informed them, they immediately say this is not their problem and it was due to the lamination film sent by their suppliers and they have no control over that.
While that may be true, as the responsive supplier that they claim to, they should have at least accepted the problem (and perhaps make good of it by supplying a reprint no matter how small a quantity) rather than just pushing the issue to their supplier.
We have also reported some other problems to them, such as cutting off tangent, bad die cut, bad color alignment, wrong color issues etc, but any problems that you reported, they will not entertain and they will somehow find a reason for that saying that, you refer to here, and here, and then they will say they already said so in the document so we cannot reject.
Their customer service team is poorly trained and they also do not speak well at all. Sometimes, we have a really hard time trying to make out what they are trying to say. Trying to understand what they say is already a problem itself, other than the problem we are trying to ask them to help solve!!
Rude aside, they are also unresponsive and they wont automatically get back to you unless you follow up again. This wastes a lot of time on our side.
With such bad experience with them, and after spending thousands on wasted printed materials, we're changing to an alternative supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever consider coming to this terrible place. The only reason I liaised with them is because some specific printings which are not available at other stores on a short notice. Called them a few times only to hear so many inconsistencies and different prices everytime. Don’t refer to the website, the info is just a big waste of space. I’m not sure how can someone get hot and horse mixed up???? They will agree through phone calls just to get the sales order. But in reality, once you come over you have to do the design yourself. Why bother asking to send the design through email in the first place if you want the customer to design it themselves??? Really unprofessional, it’s sad that many decent businesses are closing down during these hard times, yet disastrous ones can be open like this clown shop. If you are in desperate need of a service that are not available at other shops, maybe consider getting the printing service from other districts or even states as long as you don’t come here. Other bad reviews of this place should be a big warning sign.

If there's any error you encountered for the print, they will not refund or apologize or even find solution. Their customer service will tell you this is very common if there's error, you must accept it & we will not do anything. Most irresponsible people ever.
