★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inquired today and registered on the spot for my daughter and her friend. So far, service was good, very detail, reasonably priced and helpful staff, especially Fion and Susan. Let's see how it goes as we move further down the whole process. FYI, I came all the way from Puchong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor customer service. talking shout to customer, dont have common sense, when u enter the office, u feel the environment like u are problem there. no one will welcome u and feel like begger. even u come to pay and give them your money. and people there, i feel like kampong people that been accepted to work at office,even pasar ikan also know how to treat customer, them? nothing even they wear a uniform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driving teachers semua baik2! Everything okay until the dayy... Seriously, very bad services of customer services, i already call before this for follow up my driving licence P. NO ONE told me there is problem to proceed with my licence, it already almost one months dearr.. pleasee, why dont u inform me earlier. Even i already ask the money back to proceed the licence myself, they wont give back as they already put it in the system ?. Overall so difficult la to process everything once something went wrong. Sorry if its rude (huh,I jugak said sorry, your side xckp sorry pun). But I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND FURIOUS RIGHT NOW ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This establishment is a monopoly to begin with. Dont think that people went here because of the good services. Its not, just because they have connection with the authorities and monopoly of the industries in Selangor.
Customer Service is bad , hellish level of bad
It is clear as day that they won't admit to their own miscommunication and mistake. And won't compensate us customer for that.
But if they're the one with something to say, such as we tried to cancel class cause of matters that came up, they will charge us. And not cheap either.
This behaviour is clearly a wake up call for me . They weren't trying to make our life easier only thinking bout payments payments and payments.
But the teachers are good only the clerks and customers service staffs that bring bad name to the institute.

Especially cg Shan.... he's lesson and kursus was very awesome , he's very professional in teaching his students....this has result me to pass my test without repeat anything....thank you excellent!!
