★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past few years, I have been purchasing the furniture of my property from Excellent Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. On top of that, the interior furnishing of my property was also done by them.
However, after the onset of Covid-19, their service got progressively worse and more expensive than ever.
In my most recent transaction with them, the furniture that I bought from them was damaged. When I requested for either a full refund or a replacement for the damaged furniture from them, they flatly refused to do so and even dare to fire at me for persistently pestering them with regard to this matter.
All in all, a very nasty experience in dealing with them. Therefore, I shall strongly discourage others from having any business transactions with them.
