If it supposed to be open but the door is close just head over to the house and call for the owner - if it's within opening hours she will open the door for you. Customer service is good. There is no hard selling. The designs range from affordable to expensive so it's great for anyone. However giving it 4star because there was no air con so it's super warm for me and my family.
