โ โ โ โ โ I called the store to enquire of my Samsung z flip which have a black grease
across the screen. The sales girl has zero knowledge on the product and eagerly push all responsibility to the Samsung service centre. When I wanted to ask more she just put down the phone. Time of incident is 21/10/21 @ 7:55pm. She told me no warranty on screen. So what is warranty when a phone do not have warranty on the screen. Felt cheated. Will never buy from this store anymore.
