★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very helpful and efficient. After my bad experience in the Uptown Damansara outlet, I asked to double check the documents and the staff is happy to help. He scanned the documents I needed, sort it nicely in different folder in the pendrive and return the hard copies in neat form. That is customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at 9.45pm and they said they’re already closed. I mentioned that online they indicated their closing time at 10pm. I asked them nicely to assist me as it is an urgent document I need printing. They refused and said that they closed at 9.30pm which is not indicated anywhere. Once I was about to leave and I said they are providing me with the worst service ever, then only she bothered to ask if I wanted to print a lot (I just wanted to print 2 pcs of 1 page docs). Literally took less than a minute to print. You shouldn’t flat out refuse customers without knowing the details of their request before hand when you are still obligated to provide service AS YOU ARE STILL TECHNICALLY OPEN!
