β β β β β My first time leave a Google reviews. I give it to Eye vision,. I cant resist to leave 5s review as Ms.Tan, Mia and team provide tip top service. they are so detailed ,patient and caring. They will make sure u got right power, right frame,right lens and even right fitting.
First time do eye vision test, they doing so detail and confirm for every single details.
I message Ms.Tan numerous time , and yet she still answer all patiently with her proffesional knowledge.
When I found 1 of my favourite frame that abit big for me, Ms Tan surpringly contact me later on that she initiative to search a smaller frame with same design to suit me.
My first spec was done here, and definitely the only optical shop that I will go in future.
definitely will recommend to my friends who need optical service.

β β β β β I went with my husband and sister thinkinh of making their glasses, but we ended up buying new pairs of glasses for everyone, my mother in law included. The staff is very accomodating, and very keen on helping us answer questions about our eyes and eyewear knowledge. The in-house optometrist and her staff very kindly accomodated our every whim (we were very particular). The optometrist was very careful when she was checking our eyes. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends, plus they had amazing discounts on their eyewear. Also, their choices of eyewear is also very trendy and i would say up to date with trends and brands.

β β β β β I strongly recommend the services of Eye Vision. They are professional and knowledgeable in providing the advise and help we need. The cost of getting our spectacle done in Australia can be very costly without private health cover, at eye vision, they were able to assist us in getting the frame that we like and packaged it with care before posting it to us. Our frame was supposed to arrive in about a month but they were able to expedite the process and got it in a few days, and postage only takes less than a week to arrive us. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely order from them again.Those living overseas or interstate, do not hesitate to contact them. They have proven to be able to provide international level of service.picture of my very happy hubby with his new spectacle ?

Eye examination was thorough and informative, everyone was very friendly and helpful too. Extra thanks to Mia for assisting me in choosing the best frames within my budget as well as Ms Tan in making sure that the new lens I have will be comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

β β β β β 5/5 no doubt. Their customer service is superior in all aspects. A great shout-out to Ms.Tan and her wonderful team members for putting up such a high standards in eye care services. Furthermore, I love how they respect each personβs budget. They do recommend whatβs best for you but they are not forceful, you can comfortably say βnoβ and theyβll still remain professional, sweet & nice. Additionally, their after-sales service is exceptional, you can always come back to them for spec cleaning/maintenance so itβll last longer. As a customer, we expect to get what we pay for. But here, you can always expect more because theyβll definitely exceed your expectations.
