★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is at the opposite side of Sunshine farlim, it have enough parking place for car? There have plenty choice for glasses and lens, and the price is affordable too!! The one girl who service me is kind and enthusiastic ? Besides, the ophthalmologist is attentive on explanation and he is handsome lol? Guide me doing all kind of eye test and I feel peaceful? Thanks alot for them☺️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am very happy with the Customer Service Staff Ms Chloe who is so polite, patient, kind, caring and considerate to explain the lens type and frames and the Optometrist Mr Ooi who is very patient, understanding to explain my present eye status with need to further consult the ophthalmologist for proper eye management .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Eyeplus Farlim some weeks ago and was attended by Mr Ooi Aik Keat, the optometrist.He was very professional, pleasant and polite.The way he checked my eyesight and subsequent explanation to me clearly indicated he knows his field very well.
And the lady too (sorry I didn't get her name ), who later helped me to choose spectacle frame, was equally pleasant and warm,and friendly,of course.
In a nutshell, I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely visit again when I am due to change my glasses.

Their great services attitude reminded me the days when I am in Japan and enjoying famous Japanese hospitality ( Omotenashi!) . Hence, 5 Stars .
