โ โ โ โ โ Rude receptionist. Later I found out she's the boss. I'm ok with her work just not the attitude which is why I never come back despite the discount offer. The staff who attended me was ok.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude. Unprofessional welcome, questions and answer. Question was 'what you want' (in tamil) so my husband answered haircut. They lady asked how many of you. So we answer 2 person hair cut n wash(for men). So she answered back 'you just cut we can't wash for you, we're going to close' (she answered in rude way with high raise of voice) we were there at 6.55pm their closing time is 7.30pm. my husband still wanted to cut but I stopped him. (At that time, there was 3 of them, 2 indians and 1 chinese and also the Indian lady was sitting and questioning us in rude way and answered unprofessionally.) I'm not satisfied with their service and the way she talked to us. She could answered in proper way that their about to close the saloon. Should be negative star but no choice I need to rate 1 star cz I need to update the review.

โ โ โ โ โ So at the door its stated that they open at 11am. Walked in at 11.10 am after knocking on the door and was reluctantly welcomed. There were about 6 staffs at that time. Despite feeling awkward, I asked for a haircut. I was then told, " sorry we open at 11am" so I showed my phone which showed 11.10am. Then another lady said we are busy and took forever to give me an answer. Meanwhile the rest of the hairstylist refused to even look at me and I literally got asked to leave the shop. Super rude, unprofessional and a huge disappointment. Had to put 1 star for this post. But honestly, NO stars!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my daughter there recently for her haircut. Poor compliance to SOP- no one checked our status on Mysejahtera, workers were wearing single layer mask that kept sliding down their noses. Upon entering, was rudely told they're closing at 7.30 pm, we reached there about 6.30 pm. Towels were dirty, workers were rude. The hairdresser was tugging at my daughter's hair and she was rolling her eyes and making impatient faces (my daughter is 4 years old).
I literally stopped her midway, took my daughter, paid and left. The owner didn't bother asking what happened, no apologies, nothing. Worst salon I've ever been, will not come back ever. If I could give zero star, I would.
