The worst management ever.
Wall crack
Leaking between wall
Small insects in the bathroom
Cannot have other internet other than Time for business purpose only since the building under business.
Electricity bill under industrial rate. Expensive.
Smelly bathroom since the sinking channel connected with other house
Dont have line for tv1,tv2 and tv3
Once u install astro, the signal is very weak. And management dont even take any action to increase the signal ,etc.
There is no phone no for the management to contact.
What say you?

β β β β β Building does not support most broadbands. TIME is only limited to BUSINESS BROADBAND which is too expensive for home use. This needs to change!
Parking lot needs more safety mirrors. Has to be on every floor.
Poor parking design especially the 'double' parking style.
Management guy below can't speak proper English or Bahasa Melayu. He's not very patient and has a rude demeanor.
Otherwise, it's all good.

β β β β β A simple service apartment.
For investment this is not a good property, as the price hardly will rise and the maintenance fee is sky rocket.
For stay, you need a transport to get out to any nearby shops or mall. Tho is quite nearby.
Inside the building the unit is a empty square unit with a bathroom and some fixing for the kitchen. Renovation is required if you plan to move in or turn into office unit.

β β β β β Worst management ever, very rude and they don't care about the residents at all, sauna not working for months and there is nothing being done about it; there is no parking and they dont even allow you to have a BBQ at the rooftop garden and there is a place for it. The electricity is very high because you get charged as industrial not residential so there is a minimum charge even though you don't even stay there and you disconnect your electric box.
It was actually good and everything was working fine before they changed the management.
This new management is destructive and I don't even know where and who should I contact to complain.
Definitely going to move out if these issues are not fixed.
