If you value your time, best avoid this place.
"If you dont like the way we do our job, you can go look for other centers" that what the service advisor told me.
And does anyone notice? That the status of this facility is always closed in google maps.
Wake up Volkswagen skudai.

I am very satisfied with the condition of the car after service and the staffs especially Ms Nisa which is very good, very heplful and always remind me about my appointment and after service she will ask about the condition of the car after the service also remind me to contact her if there are still has any problems with the car. En Nizar also who is very helpful in giving explanation about the car after service. The mechanic consultant was also very nice person and friendly. He also listened to my explanation when I told him about the problems of my car. Good job to all the service centre staffs and also the sales staff. Continue to provide good service to customers with a good attitude and customer will happy and appreciate all your services.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emergency case on saturday 23 Oct 2021 from KL to Pontian to Mersing due to water pump problem at Pontian. Contacted VW Skudai (Ms Jess) for help. They managed to solve the problem ASAP. Thanks a lot to Ms Jess, Siti and Yang for the hospitality and good service.
