★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like staying at a place with really a lot of pigeon nests and droppings as well as the gym room with malfunctioning aircon over months without action taken, this is the place you have to definitely go for. Try avoiding Block B facing the pool though, as the foul smell from the cafeteria may drive you hysterical each time heavy Asian cooking goes on. Such smell turns nastier and lingers at night. This is not a condominium, it’s a flat with condo facility.
