★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is this an architect firm if they dont have a phone number ? If he was a Dr or Engineer / Accountant / Lawyer, their professional bodies would have stepped in. Perhaps he is just not interested in jobs and his soc media guys dont know they dont exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PM’ed on FB & subsequently followed instructions to email them on a quotation enquiry, it’s been a month now — attest to not only poor customer interaction; but bizarrely yet to even answer the actual query nor engage in proper dialogue.
For reference, I’ve also emailed 2 other local, similarly “acclaimed” KL architects who replied promptly and were very explanatory & helpful. Plus, to make FTA’s lives easier, I even copy-pasted those replies so that they would have a template to work on — yet, no response nor bothered.
Writing this review only after giving them benefit of the doubt & ample time to reply: disappointing ?
If this is how they’re treating prospective customers, I cannot imagine the headache in store for those who’ve paid & engaged in their services.
Edit: And to make matters worse, their reply to this review reads as though we've requested some private information on a specific project when we only requested a non-specific rough estimate of cost. Shady spin to save face? Yikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a design that is quite decent , ask them to quote a price , mind you , I’m not asking them how much the property they designed cost , I’m asking them to quote me which … I didn’t even get any response? Social media, no reply , WhatsApp no reply, call no one answer , last resort EMAIL ALSO NO REPLY LOL, can I know what’s the point of your business ? Open museum if don’t want to reply to any inquiry ?
