★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum ni my friend datang and she suggets to try this clinic. Walaupun masa awal datang ragu² sebab my skin breakout teruk and baca review kurang menyenangkan. Tapi bila try untuk first trial treatment dah nampak perubahan on the sport. Jerawat yg bernanah dah nampak kecut. Terus datang repeat untuk continue treatment. N now my face 70% getting better and still follow up treatment. Thankyou for the TM call , consultant and therapis ?
 Before this my friend came and she suggets to try this clinic. Although the early days came in doubt ² because my skin breakout was bad and reading the review was less pleasant. But when I try for the first trial treatment, I see a change in the sport. Purulent pimples look wrinkled. Keep coming repeat to continue treatment. N now my face 70% getting better and still follow up treatment. Thankyou for the TM call, consultant and therapis ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dapat call from this number all of a sudden. Bila saya tanya dapat number dari mana katanya saya pernah visit clinic depa. Bila saya cakap saya tak pernah pergi clinic depa suddenly twist kata dapat number saya dengan tukar number last tiga digit previous customer. Kenapalah owner "clinic" ni paksa pekerja dia buat sales call tak beretika macam ni??? Baca review rupanya memang depa praktikkan terjah and bomb orang dengan sales call. Dislike dislike dislike.
Can call from this number all of a sudden. When I asked for the number from where he said I had visited the next clinic. When I said I had never been to the next clinic, I suddenly twisted and said I could get my number by changing the last three -digit number of the previous customer. Why did the owner of this "clinic" force his employees to make unethical sales calls like this ??? Read the review, apparently it's the practice of terjah and bombing people with sales calls. Dislike dislike dislike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would honestly not give any stars for this so-called skin medical clinic but google requires me to rate it at least one star. Came as a customer, bought the package with my mom for the skin treatment, I picked the pico laser (big mistake) while mom picked something else. I received no aftercare package or product and no thorough instructions besides using a "water-based moisturizer, stay away from direct sunlight and the sun" and "use sunscreen spf 120+ and to reapply it throughout the day, for at least 3 times". Things that I can googled which beats the point of wanting to see a specialist because they're supposed to be good at their jobs. It's been more than a week from the first treatment and I am not happy. The skin consultation is done by their "expert consultants" who are not dermatologists, the laser treatment was not done by a dermatologist (even a dermatologist could sometimes misdiagnosed your skin problem, let alone an aesthetician). I asked to talk to their dermatologist and he or she was not available as they are outstation and would be back in the middle of December, they asked me to provide the pictures to send to the dermatologist instead. Meaning there was no other dermatologist to seek an immediate help from at the clinic or any of their other outlets. Furthermore, the dermatologist is only there for surgeries and injections, they don't handle any other treatments. My current scars are not only more obvious and darker, but I have bumps on my skin. My advice? Seek a different skin care specialist with a dermatologist like Dr. Choong or Mediistudio with Dr Bunga or Dr Ingky (I'm planning to go back to him too, I hope he can fixed this new problem) Also, they don't refund your packages, don't be an idiot like me and fall for any of their promotions. Always ask for their credentials (serial numbers to refer to should anything goes wrong)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being called by telemarketer to try thier facial treatment woth RM380 by RM38. Treatment paling cincai. Not worth at all. Cuci cincai 1x, sedut whead/blckhead..cincai..tak abes pun. Mask 15min, toner, moisturizer. Feel lucky not add other promo item worth rm1800 at rm180..kalau tak mesti menyesal.
