★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have patronised this branch for more than 10 years now. I may be biased but I find that the food served here is better than other Face to Face branches.
The lady boss and her staff are polite, courteous and very accommodating.

P/s: Suggestion to owner, even though it is definitely good to encourage 'Say no to straw', campaign but during covid crisis, may provide recyclable straw to protect everyone even dishwasher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience having lunch there. The shop is busy but we waited 45 mins for 2 bowls of noodle to be served. What makes the dining experience worse were there were a group of working adults in the shop acting like a bunch of young teenagers. They were laughing at the top of their lungs, hitting the tables and hands while laughing, totally being inconsiderate of other diners sitting nearby.
The food and drinks were tasteless and is not worth the time or wait or the noisy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this like a month back? Did repurchased other item but was too hungry so I just ate them. Overall their quality dropped a little bit, not sure if it was because of branch or what.
I will usually buy their Sichuan pan mee soup ( in the picture) and their 3 layer emerald milk tea. It was quite nice, no complains.
For me recent ones, a few weeks back I bought their duck meat, spicy pan mee, Sichuan pan mee soup and their signature fried dumplings (if not wrong that's the name) and when I was eating the spicy pan mee I noticed got like one strand of short baby hair.
Please do maintain a good hygiene when preparing the food.
Didn't have the picture of the food , even tho a bit gross but I was too hungry so I just take the hair out and just eat it.
Duck meat was quite nice. Dumplings were crispy and fresh. They also gave me extra chili as requested which was nice.
Other than that it was okay. I would still reorder my usual order but would be more cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of rice, dish and pan mee. Nice food. Love the dry pan mee with the dried chilies flakes and the sizzling black pepper pork mee. Parking difficult during peak hours. Choice of aircon or no aircon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in at 6pm. It was nice and quiet. Food was good as usual. Portion was good. U can pick normal and upsize. Coffee was okay u can taste the grains of the coffee inside, it's not smooth or filtered 100%. No music played in the outlet, indoors and outdoor seating available. Staff was okay, service is fast, plastic Ikea chairs are not comfortable so it's not a place to do work. Just a simple place to eat and leave. Condiments are provided on the table, dry chili, vinegar chili, pepper, soy sauce. Price is decent. Mid to low range. Average per person being around rm10-15

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am delighted that have a nice and tasty restaurant at Damansara Perdana despite I have stayed since 2003. Quality food was above my expectation and the portion was big too. This is my first here and was second time for my son whom he recommended. Keep it up and maintain. Will drop by more in the near future and recommended. Thank you ?
