★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had done my glasses a few times with Factory Eyewear, but the latest experience I had with this shop was the most unpleasant. Made my order on a Sunday and the staff (a Malay guy) handled my purchase swiftly and in a friendly manner.
In which, he told me my glasses would be ready in 3 days, meaning on Wednesday. If it’s still not ready by then they will contact me. So on Wednesday, 5pm I still havent received any call from them. Mind you, they close at 7pm. So I called the shop and ask. A girl answered my call very rudely as if I was calling her personal number. She said, “ ye nak apa??” Told her I wanted to ask about my glasses status. The whole conversation was really unpleasant. She told me she will check and call me back again to update. I received no call until midnight.
The next morning I called the shop again to ask again. Then eventually they said my glasses is ready for pickup.
So then after work I had picked it up, I was rudely served by a staff named Farah.
No greetings, no smiles, no nothing.
“Nak amik spec?? Resit??”
“Baki RmXXX”
Asked me to wave my card for payment without even showing me the amount she entered on her machine.
Gave me my bag with a couple things inside and expected me to leave just like that, not saying anything.
I asked her one of the things she put inside my bag, “ what is this for?” While holding it, bcs I was trying to figure it out myself.
She said “APA TU? TEPI SAYA TAK NAMPAK”… and the rest is history.
I left the shop feeling frustrated bcs as a person, I can never tolerate poor services.
And for this reason as well, I will never ever come back again to this shop.
Will always remember this rude staff named Farah. May god bless you :)

This is my second pair of glasses and I love how stylish and yet affordable the selections available in store. Also, they accept Touch n Go eWallet, RM50 well spent ? Highly recommended.
