β β β β β Walk in to the shop at almost closing time,ordered a spectacle from them,i was the last customer to walk out,they closed after that,later that night realised i might have over tint the glass,the next day called them around 10am their opening hour asked if i could change the glass tint darkness they say cannot,reason is already sent to manufacturer and spectacle already done.. so i asked if i could collect them they say need to wait 1 more week.. What?! You say already done then want to collect say need to wait.. come on la,business can give and take,if cannot then this is the review you will get! Tq

β β β β β Order 2 specs total around Rm1200, both received with WRONG CENTER POINT, i have ask other optical the reason maybe because the optician measure the center point while we wearing mask, so when not wearing mask the vision become unclear.
And after change nose pad for few time, the boss told me this is the last time change nose pad, if want then order online by myself, he told me 1 pair cost them few ringgit. Such a UNPROFESSIONAL optical shop.
