★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花了几百块买的花，应该要开心才对，结果收到花的那刻，我是很失望的，因为很丑！给100多块我都觉得很不值得，这束花还要接近400块。整个节日因为这束很丑的花spoil了！

 I spent hundreds of dollars to buy flowers, I should be happy, but when I received the flowers, I was very disappointed because they were ugly! I don't think it's worth paying more than 100 yuan, and this bunch of flowers is close to 400 yuan. The whole festival was spilled because of this ugly bunch of flowers!
Reply to owner: The friend has already exchanged it, and the service attitude is really tak boleh pakai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL. I have ordered my ROM/Bridal bouquet on Wednesday 16th of Feb for my ROM on the 22nd of Feb. Florist told me on the 21st of Feb they did not have the specific flowers that I want.
Message to FAFA Florist:-
It is very convenient for you to ask your customers whether they want to proceed with the flowers they did not order initially or refund when they have an important event the next day. By you opening a florist shop, you should know how important it is when it comes to ROM/BRIDAL bouquets especially the event is TOMORROW. You did not even have the urgency to solve the issue for your customer when it is YOUR MISTAKE and I had to ask you whether if you have another alternative. You could have told me that there is a chance you could not get the specific flowers that i ordered days before so that I can have more time to plan ahead but instead you kept pushing the blames to your suppliers. And now i am running around finding other florists for tulips, thanks to you.
I am normally not a fussy customer or a customer who would give bad reviews to any businesses out there as I am a retail business owner as well. Understand that having a business during this pandemic is tough.
But looking at the way you deal with your customers, it felt like you did not need any sales to sustain your business. Therefore, here I am giving my honest review about your service. Wish you the very best for your business and thank you for your HARDWORK.
