Poor haircut experience. The barber was very lousy in his service. His nails were scratching my head during shaving. And even worse, he didn't care to fix a part of the cut which was disproportionate. I had to insist to fix the flop before he agreed. Seriously?
In the end charging for RM12 which is a scam for a 6 minute lousy cut.
