★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this travel agent tours ! It does not even worth a rating at all ! The travel agent quote for a luxury private tours to China ! It is one of the most expensive tours that I have ever paid !
- First , they said , it’s a customize tours ! And they will provide a tour guide from Malaysia . At the end , there is no guide following us ! ( that’s cheating )
-Second , original flight was suppose to land in shanghai ! Last minute being change to land in Hangzhou ! And no one informed us till we were in the airport ready for check in !!!!!! ( cheating again ! check from the internet ticket fares , hangzhou Ticket was way cheaper than shanghai )
- third , it was promised that if we dislike any of the plan of the day , we can change it to others programmed base on what we wanted to do ! ( again ! When we reach there , they said NO to us . Cheating again )
- fourth , It was also promised that , if we dislike the food that being booked at the restaurant . We can refund for cash and we could go eat other stuff by our own ! ( cheating again & again !! the China guide said NO because it was booked ! And don’t allowed us to do that . The itinerary stated “yes we can refund” ! Ended up , making the whole group super upset ! And only manage to refund back the food money on the last day after we called back to malaysia to complaint )
- fifth , being on the bus ride longer than anything else !! They only bring us to the shopping area , and given time 1hr only !! What can u do in one hour ???? When we insisted to stay longer ! The China guide say NO AGAIN !! Forcing us to go back according to her whenever she said so !
What is all this !!! Is like being sold to China ! Everything was promised and we are not getting it !!
We paid RM4835++ for the tours !! And it was the most exp tours as China don’t cost this much !! Why wanna cheat ? Being so promising on “local tour guide gonna follow us to China to prevent all the unnecessary things happen” . But what happen ! At the airport then we found out there is no tour guide !!!!
I don’t recommend this agency at all ! Before payment made , everything is okay according to them , after payment made , everything changed !!!!!!!!!! That’s ridiculous!!! No communication! Just super upset & disappointed ! No next time !!!
