β β β β β I STRONGLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. A SHOP WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETTIQUETTE.
On Sunday, 7.45pm I went to this shop for buy a Ice cream cake. there is no any worker to help me to take out the cake from refrigerator so I decided to take out myself and open the refrigerator. Once I open a Chinese girl shouting from the counter " who open the Fridge nanti cake cair habis korang" said. she must think that I also know how to handle a ice cream cake but the issue is if you really care about your ice cream cake you must be send any of your worker to help me. she shouted with me with a high sound. everyone in the shop starring at me. you must be tell with me in good manner. this is the way how you treat your customer. I'm all the way from KL to celebrate Father's day with my family. The way the Cashier treated me, makes me very disappointed.

β β β β β I just went to bought some buns today. Now the shop is grand opening after renovation. There is only one Malay staff working. But she is good enough to serve few customers at one time with polite manner. I joined the membership today after she promoted to me. Because of her good customer service. Hope this review is helpful to her to get rewarded by company as a hardworking staff.
