 The staff is kind.
There are Japanese products and Asahi Super Dry cans on the upper floor, and organic products are also useful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed to see the cashiers was so disorganised (left 1 counter is operating and 1 closed for busy calculating with a note in front the counter at 4.30pm and seen this was not the 1st time). They should observe and open 2 counters if more people starting to queue at counter. Noted that some customers not even know where is the queue and I'm personally experienced twice, while I'm busy putting my food stuff at counter(counter was too small) ready for the cashier to scan, suddenly a couple just jump queued easily in front of me while the other counter was closed. The cashier (chinese long hair lady) just ignored me and went to entertain the couple and I was so frustrated waited behind. (Counter area was crowded v people without following SOP) Hopefully the management will look into it by putting a counter sign (1) & (2), also to improve more spacious for customers due to a limited walking space in this grocery shop. Most important must follow the SOP regulations in view of too many customers inside at 1 time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of 4-5 similar grocery stores in the area. Ranks right up there with great variety to choose from fruits to vegetables and meats. Not just that, surprisingly can also find some herbs and interesting treats like Japanese mochi ice cream. Just have to bear with the traffic a bit and a couple of seemingly permanently parked food trucks in that stretch.
