★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service counter staff should go kursus soft skill - example at jaya jusco ,alamanda putrajaya & IOI putrajay the staff over there more polite communication skill up the standard . Malaca is tourism state so this issue play very important role . The setting fast lane and ordinary lane should be reviewed . This insident happened on 19.8.18 at 12.32 pm . The supervisor has no soft skill at all - scolded the customer in front of the public . This incident hsppenned at family store malacca mall . Perhsps the management took action otherwise l forward this issue to BIRO ADUAN PUTRAJAYA .sharing is caring.

The display of products are very attractive and in big quantity.
The service is so, so, as there are not many sale personnel around...most customers seem to know how to shop - taje the goods are queue at counters....???? self- service.
The price is value for money or very worth it.
