★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncontrolled situation during this pandemic time. At the door, only 4 customers allowed at one time. While queuing up at outside the store, i saw there were 7 customers inside the store and 3 food panda rider waiting at the stool (dine in area). I have to wait until less than 4 customer to enter. When i asked the staff, they said very hard to control, lack of staff, and stubborn customer. Family mart should think a way to ensure the safe of the customer, employee and most importantly thier business. Next time i should take picture and report to authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, incompetent workers and manager too since the service is always bad and the store have been opened for over 2 years, the service haven't improved. Customers always have to ask for cutlery and tissue when ordering a meal. Heating food always took forever since the staff enjoy talking to each other than serving customers.

This location is near with other brand franchise store and the parking is available depending on the time of the day (no parking during lunch and dinner time). The customer service is also excellent and good towards its customer.

The store opens for quite some time already and yet the service doesn't seem to grow more efficient. In fact, it is still so slow!
Will not come to this store agn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the options for food and beverages were many and well arranged, I wasn't happy with how the server cum cashier barked instructions at me - which left me pretty confused - nor did he appear helpful. The family mart was clean and appears spacious. Anyway we bought some sandwiches and cold drinks for the journey out of Melaka.
